Family: Aviva is the daughter of Paloma Simantro, a widely renown monetary and royal advisor respected as a political genius and one of the most creatively intelligent informants of her kind. Paloma was a highly honored commissioned consultant to many traditional Neopian governments, and eventually made her advice exclusive to the Maraquan king. The tragedy of Maraqua was a result of the Koi king neglecting to follow her fiscal advice with the pirates. She remains to be identified as “missing”, only one of two mysteries surrounding her, the other being her reasoning for mysteriously transferring Aviva out of Maraqua at the time of the accident. Rumors have it that Paloma is actually a pawn in an elaborate scheme by a foreign power… The history of Aviva’s father is currently unknown, and since Paloma was to absorbed in the royal matters to raise her, a hired nanny named Columba Danz took after Aviva. Columba eventually ascended as Paloma’s closest confidant and Aviva’s only friend.

Pets:  Aviva has three assorted pets that she cannot afford to pamper materially, but cares for them with all of her free time. There are three: RebellionCharge, a young and fickle Blumaroo, 1fire_faerie1, an adopted red acara with a fickle and moody persona, and Anisiali, the bossy older red Shoyru.
History: Aviva originally comes from the royal house of the Maraquans, where her mother worked as an exclusive advisor to the Koi king. She was raised naïve and sheltered by her hired nanny, Columba Danz, because her mother, Paloma, was too busy supervising the entire kingdom under the monarchy. When the Maraquan empire came to what seemed like the end, Paloma transported Aviva to live on the surface in what she assumes to be efforts to save her. For reasons unknown, Paloma also had Aviva use the Khalida Mist - a magical family “heirloom” and, unbeknownst to them, the relic of the original Sailor Blumaroo (Aviva’s grandmother). The direct use of the mist caused a confusing process in which Aviva went back a year in time, in a different place, in a dream-like existence that prompted her to have new memories. The after-effects of the mist have since worn off and recollections of her past are beginning to resurface.
Appearance: Aviva has shoulder-blade length burgundy hair with a sheen touch of brown. Her eyes are dark brown and hidden among her thick, swooping bangs that frame her heart shaped face and high cheek bones. She has a strong and incredibly well toned upper body from hours of gymnastics and compound bows in archery. Her entire body is athletically made from her immersion in activity.
Personality: Though she is struggles with twinges of emotional instability and insecurities, Aviva is strong minded person who has learned to take care of herself. Even if the trials involve a lapse of self esteem, she call always push through them, despite the obvious personality hindrances. She does not fear social recognition, but at the same time does nothing to promote it. Vies for attention and situations meant to be harmless and silly aren’t her “thing” and discourages her. In such occurrences she can be stuck-up, exclusive to herself, and overly maternal. She’s protective of her friends and goes out of her way to help them. Aviva is a motherly figure to others, as a subconscious effort to make up for the lack of it in her own childhood.

Sailor Blumaroo


Henshin: Aviva chants “Blumaroo Neo Power, Make-Up!” and holds her hands in front of her. The henshin pen appears in her fist and she swings it into an arch perpendicular to her body. She is showered in white lulus that wrap ribbons around her. The ribbons tighten and fall away to reveal her fuku.
Primary Color: Lime Green
Secondary Color: Burnt Orange
Attack: Blumaroo Ball – Aviva’s palms spread forming a semitransparent blue ball. When she thrusts her hands forward, the ball releases and bounces haphazardly.  The sphere mimics the movements of her hands and can quickly ricochet off obstacles.
Adaptations: Aviva is the bearer of the Khalida Mist - an ancient relic of Evian that grants the owner a small control over time. Her current known power from the never ending potion is the Khalida Time Warp, which reverses or stops time for a few crucial moments (in the immediate area only, if used by an amateur). The potency of the mist depends on the handling knowledge from the user.
