The Sailor Neopets RPG

The Villans

Every good Sailor Moon series has a set of formidable bad guys, and every good Neopian epic relates back to Dr. Sloth in some way.  So it's only logical that in this crossover fanfic Sloth is part of the tier of evil. But he isn't the top rung by any means.  Meet the nemeses of theSailor NeoPets:
The Chaos Faerie

She was once a normal faerie, but she somehow tapped into the heart-of-dark side of Faerie power (think the dark side of the Force) and grew in strength until she became a match for the Faerie Queen.  Half a century agoshe attempted to take over Neopia, but was stopped by the original SailorNeoPets, who used their power and the Sacred Chalice to seal her away.

Recently, the Chaos Faerie managed to get back a fraction of her power.  She enlisted the help of Dr. F. Sloth to restore her powers fully, usingenergy stolen from NeoPets and their owners to unlock them.  Meanwhile, the Sacred Chalice began appearing when certain special girls (and the occasional boy) found themselves in danger, giving them the power to transform intothe next generation of Sailor NeoPets and protect Neopia from the Chaos Faerie's growing influence.
Dr. F. Sloth

You all know who this guy is, right?  Sloth has attacked Neopia time and time again, starting in Y2.  He has vast technological resources at his disposal, including robots, clones, and all sorts of big guns and high-tech gadgets.  He tends to make his headquartes in asecond Space Station that orbits Neopia; consequently, he can't always transport people from his headquarters to every part of the planet.  But hey, that's what bicycles are for.
Sailor Chia

Cruel, power-hungry, ruthless, and manipulative, Abirais downright evil.  She's every popular snob you've ever known allrolled into one.  Offered a chance to help rule Neopia, she instantly turned traitor to the Sailor NeoPets after her first henshin.  Nowshe supervises and assists with most VirtuPet attacks, with the missionto both gather energy and destroy the Sailor NeoPets.

As a sailor herself, Sailor Chia is an important allyfor the Chaos Faerie.  She helps Sloth understand and counter sailor power.  Actually, she now incorporates chaos power into her transformation, and has gotten from them several attacks, including "Chia Chaos Ruin" and "Chia Chaos Shield".  She also has a bottomless bag, much like theextradimensional pockets that the other sailors keep their henshin pensin, only more versatile (and more tangible).

Her Sailor profile can be found here.
VirtuPets

Robots, Hissladies, Devilpups, Grunkas, Ironmice, and of course, the mutant Grundos: these are the flunkies who do the dirty work.  They come in different sizes and ranges of intelligence, and can be sent one at a time or in groups to collect energy from NeoPets and their owners.  In Battledome terms, they are usually levels above most NeoPets; only the Sailor NeoPets can destroy them, turning them back into dust.

For anything other than menial tasks, Dr. Sloth tends to prefer the more intelligent Grundos.  The other VirtuPets, even though they were designed by him (as potential NeoPets, no less!), tend to unnerve him.
EvilChia888

Abira's pet Chia was once normal yellow, and a very strong Battledome fighter.  This was the only reason why Abbie kept him around, as he's rude, boring, and fairly lowbrow outside the 'dome.  He went along with herwhen she joined the Chaos Faerie, and was turned into a mutant for a while. Now he has the form of a creature that, in NeoQuest days, was called"a chaos giant": monstrous once-Chias. This appearance suits his personality rather well.
Diane

Created from the same genetic template as Kara Lynn, but with a few modifications. . . Diane has the long limbs and pointed ears of our beloved Sailor Buzz, but her hair is glossy black instead of blue-violet.  Not only that, she's stronger and faster and overall more powerful, with several built-inadvantages such as immunity to poisons that Kara Lynn simply doesn't have- plus she's mastered most of the abilities that come with her Air Faerieheritage.

Oh, and, she has almost no normal sense of morality, the genius to masterfullymess with whoever's head she feels like, and a quasi-sexual posessive obsessionwith Kara Lynn. Fun, eh?
Paloma Simantro

The highly reputed advisor reigning from her native country, Terror Mountain, Paloma Simantro is nothing short of a consultative genius. She's renowned throughout Neopia for her government advice, and is often sought out for personal council. As would be expected, she uses this to her advantage to achieve her own means. And the way she formulates plans in her head, it usually ends up coming out that she gets what she wants.

Paloma was at fault for the first Maraquan empire's failing, a project that she collaberated with alongside Sloth in order to smuggle out finances (for herself and Sloth) and pet energy (for the Chaos Faerie) during the pandemonium. It was a successful maneuver, which called for her permanent employment. To her this is a very compromising oppurtunity, promising the fulfillment of power, money, and recognition. She is unaware of her daughter's part in the Sailor Neopets, and if she were to find out, there is doubt that she would continue to aid the opposition.
