The Sailor NeoPets RPG
Series One
Episode Two

"Lupe tail hair! Lupe tail hair! You have Lupe tail hair!" laughed Gami Tenba and her popular friends. "Hey, look at her - she has an Acara face!"

That was new, thought Leslie, looking around to see who they were talking about.  It can't be me; I look nothing like an Acara although I do have Lupe tail hair.

Leslie then spotted who Gami was laughing at: a girl Leslie had never seen before. She had pigtails that looked like a blue Acara's horns, Acara-like eyes, and an Acara-like nose.

Gami continued to laugh, "Too bad Abbie isn't here to see this.  She would have loved this!  What happened to her anyway?  She hasn't been to school for days."

"Who cares?"  said one of Gami's many friends. "Her little giggle was, like, so annoying."

The bell rang so everyone started to head inside.  Leslie caught up to the Acara faced girl on
her way in. "Hey, wait up!"  she called.  "I'm Leslie! What's your name?"

"Kami," said the Acara-faced girl after a few seconds.

"Don't let Gami an her friends tease you. They're just plain rude.  When they tease me I just try to ignore them. Did you just move here?  I don't remember seeing you around here before."

"Yeah, I did, just over the weekend from Mystery Island.  Last month Mom died there.  Dad was having trouble getting over her and had to move somewhere else.  We thought about Faerieland but it was too expensive."

"I'm sorry. My mom's dead too, so I never really knew her, but I know how you feel.  The late bell's going to ring soon.  Do you know where your classes are?"

"No, could you help me?"

"Sure!  Let's just take a look at your schedule."

"Well?"

"Cool!  You are in all my classes except gym and math."

"Why those two?"

"Because I'm better at math and your better at gym.  The gym is near the lunch room.  You have gym after lunch so I'll show you it then and your math room is just across from English."

"Great!  Now let's go before we are late!"

"Ok."

"C ya"

"Do you mind if I walk home with you?"  asked Leslie.  The dismissal bell had just rung. and Leslie and Kami were both at their lockers (which were close by since Kami was in most of Leslie's classes).

"Sure, that's fine with me."  Kami answered.  They packed up their books and started off for their NeoHomes.

"He! Hee! Heee!"  laughed a mysterious yet familiar piercing voice behind Leslie and Kami.

"I know that giggle!  It's Abbie!"

"Abbie?  The girl Gami was talking about?"

"The same," said Sailor Chia, appearing in front of the two girls.  "New friend, Lupe-tail hair?  Of course you'd only associate with an Acara-face girl."  She started to laugh again, bringing her hands up to attack.

Leslie grabbed her wand out of the air and exclaimed, "Lupe Neo Power, Make Up!"  Gold sparkles surrounded her to form her sailor fuku.

"What's going on Leslie?  This is really freaky!" wailed Kami.  She stepped back and bumped into the Sacred Chalice, which had appeared floating in the air behind her.  It slowly opened revealing a wand like Leslie's but blue and pink.  Kami grabbed it knowing exactly what to do: yell "Acara Neo Power, Make Up!"  A blue whirlpool of water surrounded Kami for a few seconds as she yelled.  Then it disappeared leaving Kami in a blue and pink version of Sailor Lupe's outfit.

I thought I left the Sacred Chalice at home, thought Sailor Lupe distractedly.

"Chaos Giggle!" Sailor Chia cackled.  As the orange energy built up behind her hands, Sailor Lupe and Sailor Acara called out their attacks.

"Lupe Lunge!"  A pair of green Lupe paws slammed into the orange energy.

"Acara Tumble!" Sailor Acara rolled into a ball and tumbled into Sailor Chia.  The orange senshi was knocked over, cursed under her breath, and vanished in a wisp of black smoke.

"She'll be back,"  said Sailor Lupe, detransforming.  Sailor Acara copied Lupe and her outfit was replaced by normal clothes.

"What was that about anyway?" Kami demanded. "How did I do that? Who are you?" So Leslie told Kami all she knew about the Sailor NeoPets on the rest of the way back to their NeoHomes.

The next day as Leslie was walking to school she heard again that annoying giggle.

Sailor Chia!  Leslie thought, preparing to panic as she reached for her wand. And I don't know where Kami is.  She transformed into Sailor Lupe.

"Now that you are alone,"  said Sailor Chia, appearing abruptly, "I can destroy you!"

"Lupe Lunge!"

"Ha!  You aren't strong enough by yourself! Time to introduce you to my new attack.  Sailor Lupe, meet Chia Chaos Ruin!"

Dark clouds swirled around Sailor Chia's upstretched hand.  She began to lower her arm, and it glowed bright orange in the sudden darkness of the storm.  As her hand pointed at Sailor Lupe, all of Sailor Chia's dark energy was released from it,destroying everything between it and the senshi.  Sailor Lupe screamed as the energy slammed into her.

Kami, walking down the path, stopped short as the miniature storm came into view.  "What's that? Oh - Sailor Lupe!" She pulled her transformation pen out of nowhere and, before she realized she'd done it, shouted, "Acara Neo Power, Make Up!"  The whirlpool surrounded her and transformed her into Sailor Acara.

"Sailor Lupe! Are you o-" Sailor Acara realized that that was a stupid question to ask "-will you be okay?"  Sailor Lupe just moaned in response.

"Uh oh. Acara Purr!"  A loud noise sounded from behind Sailor Acara, a purring noise.  She focused the purr at Sailor Chia, and it whacked into her with impressive force.

"Aaaaaaah!  What's that noise?"  screamed Sailor Chia. "You can't do this to me!  Chia Giggle!"  Orange energy countered the deep blue purr.

"This won't work!"  wailed Sailor Acara.  "I can't do this all by myself!  Sailor Lupe, help me!"

Sailor Lupe raised herself to her elbows.  "Don't be ridiculous,"  she gasped.  "This is just like yesterday, where I took the attack and you took her.  Her attack was just...worse...this time.  You did it yesterday, you can do it today."

"Okay. I can do this. I can do this."  Sailor Acara focused on the clash of energy between her and Sailor Chia. "Acara...PURR!!"

A second Acara Purr flew past the clash to hit Sailor Chia.  She let out an indignant screech and vanished.  Once she was gone, her attack disappated and Sailor Acara ran over to Sailor Lupe. "Can you get up?"

"I think so."  She tried and found that she could. "It's a good thing you didn't move to Faerieland."

"Yes, it is, isn't it?" Sailor Acara, now Kami, grinned. "And a good thing I met you, and a good thing she attacked yesterday before attacking today, because otherwise I wouldn't've been ready."

"Uh-oh. What time is it?"

Kami checked her watch. "We're going to be late!" she exclaimed. So the two of them took off at top speed towards their school, and thankfully they made it in before the second bell rang.
