Personality: She's a veeery hyper one, she is. Brooke likes to use up
her pent-up energy/sugar-highs on track, and her long legs give her an advantage.

Family: Mother.
History: Her parents got divorced at an early age, so
she lived with her mom in the Haunted Woods, where she developed a quick tree-climbing
skill. At 13, she was able to create her own account (baby_bottle_pop187)
and adopted an usul (hyper_mix069) and painted it speckled. She quickly racked
up the points by playing Meerca Chase, Usul Alpine Challenge, and Grundo's
Gym, and being very serious about saving. She now resides in a 6-room brick
neohome in Neopia Central (Forest Ave) And is the star of the Neopian Junior
High Track team.
Sailor Usul
Henshin:"Usul Neo Power, Make up" Red glitter and Golden
Ribbons swirl around her, kinda like the Tasmanian Devil, and the sink while
still spinning to reveal the now transformed Sailor Usul.
Attacks:
Usul Rage: Sailor Usul is surrounded by sparkles (which
have a strange resemblance to sugar), then they merge together to become
a long ribbon that enters her mouth. At this her eyes sparkle, and her power
increase.
Usul Scratch: She does a three-sixty with her arms crossed,
then spreads them outward, sending several sharp red light ribbons torward
the enemy.
Other: The rims of her boots are V-shaped instead of the usual inverted V. Also, she has a tail like a speckled Usul's attatched to her back bow.
