Buddy_Blu the blue Kiko: Heya! I'm Buddy and I look a whole lot like Kevin. That's why he adopted me...we're like twins! I even like the same stuff he does! Isn't that great?
Sunflower__ the yellow Kiko: Oo, hello. I want a Disco Fever Paint Brush because I just can't get enough of disco! The lights, the sounds, the guys...ah, that's the life!
Meatball__ the red Kiko: Hey there! Wassup? I'd be a Mutant Kiko, because they look sooooo kewl, but Kevin won't let me even tho Transmogrifying Potions are cheap. He says I should turn Christmas or sumthin. Yich . . .

His Family
Kevin lives with his father in Faerieland; his sister Jody and their mother live in Neopia Central. Although their parents don't like to see each other often, Kevin and Jody switch houses once a month. (Jody has four JubJubs who switch places along with Kevin's pets.) 

His Personality
Kevin is a lot less outgoing than his sister Jody. He does have hair somewhat like his Kiko, and a similar round face with big eyes, but nobody pays enough attention to him to notice that. He enjoys anything related to Halloween, and plans to get all of his pets Halloween-painted PetPets when he earns enough money. He likes playing Neggsweeper and Kiko Match, the two games which feature his favorite pet, and has gotten gold trophies in both. He alternates between two sets of friends, Josh and Tim in Faerieland and Rob and Daniel in Neopia Central, depending on where he lives from month to month, and, despite being a Sailor NeoPet, never hangs out with the girls . . .

As a Sailor
Colors: Gray, dark blue
The first time Kevin transformed, he was wearing the traditional sailor fuku, skirt and all ^_^. He and Sailor JubJub went to the Faerie Queen to get it altered. Now he wears a white shirt with a gray sailor collar that has dark blue trim, and a gray tie on the front. He also has gray pants with dark blue trim, held up with a dark blue belt. The belt has a silvery buckle with a white N on it. He also has grey shoes. There are no bows, gloves, earrings, tiara, or high heels involved, and he actually thinks the outfit looks pretty cool.
Transformation: The usual - Kiko Neo Power, Make Up!
Attack: Kiko Stare! When Sailor Kiko wants to use this attack, he looks very hard at the enemy and says "Kiko Stare!" His eyes get very big and round and Kiko-like, and beams of blue-black light shoot out of them like lasers.
