Bio:
Reiji is at first a very cynical, defensive, introverted individual who dislikes people in general and distrusts everyone. She is, in fact, very outgoing when in a good mood, active, and loyal to the end to those who earn her trust. She enjoys making cracks about everyone and everything and indulges in a lot of sarcasm. She?s very cautious and isn't always up to doing something crazy and is usually thinking 'my way or the highway'

Reiji sometimes acts like a young child, who argues with others until she wins and stacks up small block forts.

Reiji tries to a be a tomboy, involving herself in physical activity (sports: fencing (non school), track (in school, seasonal), tennis (in school, seasonal), baseball (non school), and volleyball (on occasion, during summer or visits to Mystery Island)) and dressing "like a boy," but she still has a large emotional side, although rarely seen.

Reiji is determined, security conscious, persistent, stubborn, and stable.

Appearance:
Reiji is a built muscular girl because of her fencing and track. Reiji isn't the 'ideal girl' in some departments. She has long brown-reddish hair usually in a ponytail that goes to just below her bottom. Her eyes are green.

Henshin: To transform, she holds up her brown and yellow pen and shouts "Grarrl Neo Power Make Up!" A swarm of fire surrounds her and when the fire disappears, there stands Sailor Grarrl!

Note: Sailor Grarrl has a headband with the kana "Strong" on the band. She wears this instead of a tiara.

Misc: Reiji has a sword passed called the NeoKamigawa,which she brings with her everywhere and is sheathed in a fine leather sheath that she carries on her shoulder, and sometimes her waist. This sword has been passed down from Reiji's great great great grandfather. The sword is usually given to a boy, but Reiji's parents produced a girl, so they gave it to her.
