Henshin: Buzz Neo Power, Make Up! A funnel of wind surrounds Kara Lynn to form her fuku.  Kara Lynn had always been able to defend herself against VirtuPet attacks, so the Sacred Chalice never appeared for her until she was faced with Sailor Chia on Mystery Island.  The only other sailor nearby was Shoyru, who had just taken the full force of a Chia Chaos Ruin for her; that was when Kara Lynn noticed the Chalice sitting nearby...

Attack: Buzz Wind! Sailor Buzz holds up her arm and a Wand of the Air Faerie appears in her hand. Wind whips around her as she points the wand at her attacker, blasting them with a funnel of air.  This attack is more powerful than most, including Chia Giggle and Lupe Lunge.

Other: As Sailor Buzz, Kara Lynn's latent Faerie abilities begin to activate. Her wings begin working, allowing her to fly while transformed, and she can control air currents. Sailor Buzz also learns to use the Air Faerie abilities Spark and Air Shield. As she matures in her power she may eventually learn such high-level abilities as Invisibility and Diamond Dust.
